A report commissioned by the Austrian Federal Ministry for Women, Science and Research has now been published.
Dr Graham was commissioned to undertake a snapshot review of the current landscape for strengthening the reward of university teaching in Austria, viewed within the context of wider international developments. Drawing on confidential interviews with Austrian academics and university leaders, Ministry representatives and international observers, the report explores barriers to change, priorities for reform and examples of policy and practice from comparable university systems worldwide.
