KEEN’s mission is “to graduate engineers with an entrepreneurial mind-set so they can create personal, economic, and societal value through a lifetime of meaningful work”. A study was commissioned to evaluate the impact of KEEN to date in inspiring and supporting reform to US-based engineering undergraduate education. The study provides independent evidence of the impact of participating in the KEEN network on the capacity, motivation and leverage of its members to embed the development of an entrepreneurial mind-set their engineering programs.
The study is currently underway and will be completed late summer 2019. It draws upon confidential one-to-one interview and survey evidence from members of the KEEN network.
